About Proclamations
City proclamations are official declarations issued by the Mayor and City Council to recognize special events, achievements, awareness campaigns, and community contributions. They serve to highlight important causes and celebrate the accomplishments of our citizens.
Proclamations are ceremonial documents that demonstrate the city's support for various initiatives and help bring awareness to important issues affecting our community.
Request a Proclamation
Community members and organizations may request proclamations for special events, awareness campaigns, or to recognize achievements. Requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance and include detailed information about the event or cause.
To request a proclamation, please contact the City Recorder's office or submit your request in writing to City Hall.
